We are all anxiously awaiting Diablo III’s release date in 2012; the cinematics and trailers have been driving us crazy.
The Diablo III collectors edition was announced on October 10th, and today, was revealed and unboxed at Blizzcon. And we have to say, it looks pretty sweet.
The collectors edition includes a collectors edition soundtrack, a “behind-the-scenes” Blu-Ray and DVD for the making of Diablo III, Diablo III for the PC/Mac, a book for the “Art of Diablo III”, new exclusive in-game content for those that also own Starcraft II and World of Warcraft, as well as a Diablo skull and a 4GB skullstone USB flash drive. Wicked.
This is one awesome collection that is sure to put a smile on the face of any local Diablo fan! We love that Blizzard has included DLC for other Blizzard games; they have always been good to loyal fans of their games. Buyers of the collectors edition will unlock a new pet for WoW, as well as new Starcraft II Battle.net portraits.
